Tens of thousands of people managed to grab all of the free tickets to see Blake Shelton and Lady Antebellum on the beach in Atlantic City and most of those people will use the tickets they got...

...and then there are the people that are trying to make big bucks by selling the tickets on-line. Now, let me say that if you legitimately got the tickets and suddenly you can't use them and you're selling them online for $20 or something -- I really don't have a problem with that.

What I do have a problem with is people scooping up tickets for the sole purpose of selling them for profit. Just about every big site that you can sell stuff on restricts selling free tickets for profit yet those sites typically don't do anything about it.

As the shows get closer and closer, ticket prices are going up and up. With a simple search on some list-anything websites, tickets for Blake and Lady A are going anywhere from $100 to as much as $400! Lynda Cohen, a reporter for The Press of Atlantic City, recently tweeted that she saw tickets being sold for $862! I don't like wishing bad things on people, but if you're selling free tickets online for $400 or $800, I'm thinking someone should make a voodoo doll of you and we can stick pins in your effigy.
