Two South Jersey Guys Sue Subway Over Sandwich Length

Two guys, one from Ocean County and another from Burlington County, are suing Subway because their foot-long subs apparently weren't a foot long.

They filed a lawsuit earlier this week, just days after Subway made national headlines for the same reason. The New Jersey guys found their subs were about a half-inch short, which, they say, works out to about 45 cents per sub, according to an article in philly.com.

The lawsuit seeks compensatory damages from the company and a change in its practices.
