Suspect Arrested for Luring a Child in Hamilton Township

Early Monday morning, Hamilton Township police responded to the Cloverleaf section of the Township for the report of a 13- year old runaway juvenile. Upon arrival, officers made contact with 23-year-old Jacob Williams of Bridgeton who was attempting to pick up the juvenile near her residence.

Further investigation revealed that Williams and the juvenile were communicating via the internet to set up meetings over a period of time. This afternoon, Williams was charged with Luring a Child to a motor vehicle.
