State Police are asking for your help in identifying a man wanted for stealing a ridiculous amount of baby powder from ShopRite in Upper Township last week.

The suspect, pictured wearing a dark blue "RLX" tee-shirt over a long black-sleeved shirt, jeans, and black sneakers, placed numerous packages of baby powder -- about $300 worth -- into a purple duffle bag, he left the Upper Township ShopRite, and ran into the woods. The powdery crime happened last Wednesday afternoon, April 17th, at 3:17.

The State Police, again showing a sense of humor on their Facebook page, posted,

"People have different needs, so let's not judge. One should be well-stocked in baby powder, lest there be chafing. Or perhaps the suspect is blessed with many, many babies. Ah, the mysteries of life. Please like and share, if for no other reason than to find out why so he needs much baby powder."

Anyone with information is asked to contact the NJSP Woodbine Station at (609) 861-5698.
