Mays Landing Man Arrested on Heroin Charges

A month long investigation has led to a Mays Landing man facing several heroin-related charges.

According to the Hamilton Township Police Department, Romaine "Jamaica" Samuels, 24, of Mays Landing, was arrested after a search warrant was executed at a residence on Cardiff Court.  He was charged with third degree manufacturing of heroin, third degree possession of heroin with intent to distribute, third degree endangering the welfare of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Samuels is being held at the Atlantic County Jail on $75,000 cash bail.
