Margate Bridge to Close Starting Monday

Do you use the Margate Bridge on your daily commute? If so, you'll need to start planning an alternate route. 

The bridge and causeway in Margate will close for construction starting Monday at 6 AM and will reopen on Friday, November 20th at 4 PM.

The project will consist of replacement of the east bulkhead of the bridge. No traffic will be permitted for the reconstruction of the east bulkhead of the Risley Channel Bridge. Motorists are advised to use the Longport Bridge or Dorset Avenue Bridge in Ventnor as alternate routes during the construction period.
