Iconic Chef, Wine & Dine Series Returns to Cape May, NJ

Jason Hanin is one of the finest Executive Chef’s in Atlantic and Cape May County history.

Hanin is well known and respected for his overall creativity and ability to infuse wonderful flavor and textures into his unique and distinctive recipes.

The award-winning Ebbitt Room, (located within the historic Virginia Hotel) in Cape May City, New Jersey is one of the finest restaurants in America.

You have asked and Curtis Bashaw, along with Cape Resorts has listened … as their Wine and Dine series is returning by popular demand.

The various Hanin creations will be paired with premiere wines in two separate three-course wine pairing dinners that are “carefully curated to delight the palate and embody refined elegance. The first dinner will take place on Thursday, April 4 and the second dinner will take place on Thursday, May 2. Both dinners begin at 6pm and will be held in the venue's private Richmond Room,” according to Cape Resorts.

The Virginia is one of Cape May’s most luxurious hotels.

It was originally built in 1879 and it was immaculately restored and reopened by Curtis Bashaw of Cape Resorts in 1989.
