However, this video hits too close to home as it appears to have happened recently on the Atlantic City boardwalk, in broad daylight.

While the specific circumstances of the incident are unknown, and I suppose there is a chance it could be fake, the fact that it even happened on a busy boardwalk in the middle of the day is really something to think about.
