A new Guy Fieri BBQ joint, an old timey saloon and a taco spot will fill the space formerly occupied by an animatronic miner and a huge mountain.

The Boardwalk Saloon will open this weekend, Guy Fieri's Bar-B-Que Joint will open in May and Snack Shack will open its doors in early April.

According to Atlantic City Weekly, Regional Vice President of Food and Beverage Joseph Giunta said that Boardwalk Saloon will have "...front-row seats to where the entertainment is. The miner is dead and gone. Think urban country — Americana — with corrugated tin on the front of the bar, a lot of distressed wood, festoon lighting and uniforms for the staff that will include Daisy Duke jean shorts for the ladies with vests and jeans and biker vests for the guys."

Snack Shack will cater to those who love tacos and burgers.  Giunta called it a "grab-and-go concept."

Finally, Guy Fieri's Bar-B-Que Joint will open just in time for the summer season.  The menu will consist of pulled pork, beef bbq and the traditional sides of mac & cheese, collards, cornbread and coleslaw, among others.

The $3 million renovation at Wild Wild West Casino is sure to bring in the young crowds that flock to the Atlantic City Boardwalk all season long.
