Four men in their 20s, all from Atlantic City, have been charged for the shooting death of a man from Pleasantville last November.

On the afternoon of Sunday, November 29th, Pleasantville Police responded to the 300 block of East Greenfield Avenue and found the body of 36-year-old Equallie Bumpass with multiple gunshot wounds. Bumpass died at ARMC-City later that day.

Following a six-week investigation, charges were filed against 21-year-old Amir Sanders, 26-year-old Bryant Marsh, 27-year-old Marshall Coley, and 28-year-old Andre Smiley, all of Atlantic City. All four men face numerous charges including felony murder, kidnapping, and unlawful possession of a handgun.

Police say Sanders was arrested at the Atlantic County Justice Facility on January 8th, where he was being held on unrelated charges. Marsh was arrested on January 9th after being released from ARMC-City. Police continue to search for Coley and Smiley.
