Absecon Police Investigating Tuesday Night Shooting

Officers in Absecon continue to search for the person who fired a gun in Absecon Village late Tuesday night.

Absecon Police responded to the Absecon Village Complex on Marin Dr. near California Ave. just after 10:00 last night after they received several calls about a shooting that occurred in the middle of Marin Dr.  No one was located in the area but officers found evidence in the street that a shooting occurred and one vehicle was struck by a bullet. No victims have been reported. Witnesses said a small, green vehicle fled the scene prior to police arriving.
